EUROBAT Annual Event 2026

This one-day event brings together EUROBAT members and key stakeholders for a full programme of Cluster and Task Force sessions, the Associate Member Meeting, and the General Assembly, followed by an evening networking reception. The event is for EUROBAT members only.

Associate Members receive 1 free participation per company. The Secretariat will send you a code separately to access 1 free ticket. This discount code has to be entered during the payment section of the registration process.

Book your accomodation
EUROBAT has secured a limited room block at the Renaissance Brussels Hotel at a preferential rate of €165.00 per night. EUROBAT Members must book the hotel room themselves. The preferential rate is available until 2 May 2026. After this date, rooms will be subject to standard hotel rates and availability.
